ALT unwraps a glittering musical version of the beloved movie classic just in time for the holidays!
Amarillo Little Theatre proudly presented A Christmas Story: The Musical as its third Mainstage production of the season. This bold and bright Broadway musical was the event of the Holiday season!
The only thing little Ralphie wants for Christmas is an Official Red Ryder Carbine-Action 200-shot Range Model Air Rifle BB gun. But to get it, he must navigate all the obstacles of the yuletide season. Will a neighborhood bully, a strict school teacher, a distracted dad and a department store Santa thwart his quest? A Christmas Story: The Musical is the hilarious account of Ralphie’s desperate quest to ensure that this most perfect of gifts ends up under his tree this Christmas. Based on the classic 1983 movie, this holiday production is filled with nostalgia, quirky childhood innocence and will be a heartwarming event for the entire family.
